At Sacred Heart Catholic Church we uphold and honor the Archdiocese of Anchorage Safe Environment Policy. The Archdiocese of Anchorage provides the Circle of Grace Program to the Parishes to educate and empower children and youth to actively participate in a safe environement for themselves and others. Our Archdiocesan representative is Jenny Michelson and our Sacred Heart Parish representative is Julie Dekreon.

Through the Circle of Grace Program, adults assist childen and youth to recognize God's love by understanding that each of us lives and moves within a Circle of Grace. The Program helps children and youth identify when they are uncomfortable with a situation and includes ways to seek the help of a trusted adult.
