ADULT CONFIRMATION

Sacred Heart offers a series of preparation classes for adults interested in celebrating the Sacrament of Confirmation. The classes will be announced in the spring. Candidates are usually confirmed at the Easter Vigil. Note the requirements below for Adult Confirmation at Sacred Heart.  

ADULT CONFIRMATION AT SACRED HEART

Our Adult Confirmation Program is available at Sacred Heart.  The class will be scheduled according to need.  Adults will be confirmed at Easter Vigil or with the teens in the fall. Please contact the office to be included on the list.

To be elegible for Adult Confirmation:

1. You must be a baptized CATHOLIC and submit a baptismal certificate
2. You must select a sponsor or godparent who will be present during preparation
3. You must be 18 years or older and out of high school
4. You must attend all the preparation classes
5. You must write a letter to the Archbishop explaining why you wish to be confirmed.
6. You must sign up or call the office (907) 376-5087 (Julie)
